MediaScout® MiniColumn
This high throughput (real parallel chromatography) screening tool is an array of individual small columns installed on a base plate
conforming to the standard 96 well microplate format.
Columns are prepacked with commercially available resin media according to the needs of the user.
Units may be sealed with a flexible capping mat at both ends for storage and reuse.
Material from MiniColumn arrays can be collected in any standard 96 well plate.
MiniColumns may be operated either by centrifuge or by robotic fluid handling equipment
Small open columns with separation media in a 96-well plate format.
Sizes from 50 - 200μl available.

Instrumentation

MediaScout® ResiQuot
The MediaScout® ResiQuot is a vacuum manifold device
for the accurate and reproducible preparation of aliquots from solids of suspensions.
e.g. from chromatography media, into any kind of 96-well micro plates.
Subsequently, these are used in experimental determination of chromatographic parameters in batch mode and other applications.
- Enables the aliquotation of solids in suspension, e.g. separation media.
