Providing the yield of a gravity drop column with the speed of a spin column!

ProPur™ Mini Kits
ProPur™ Mini Kits are based on microcentrifuge tubes. Working volume of these spin columns is 0.65 ml, and the binding capacity can be up to 1 mg protein (antibody).

ProPur™ Midi Kits
ProPur™ Midi Kits are based on 50 ml centrifuge tubes. Working volume of these spin columns is 20 ml, and the binding capacity can be up to 20 mg protein (antibody)

ProPur™ Vac Kits
ProPur™ Vac Kits are vacuum driven columns especially designed for purifying proteins from large volumes of dilute samples like e.g. cell culture supernatant

All three formats are available with three different surface chemistries:
Protein A for antibodies
Protein G for antibodies
Metal Chelate (IMAC) for recombinant
